Website terms

The general terms that apply when you use this website or enquire about our services.

1. Agreement to these terms

These website terms apply when you use harmiinfotech.com or submit an enquiry. Any paid project will also be governed by the written proposal, statement of work, invoice or separate agreement accepted by Harmi Infotech and the client. If a project document conflicts with these website terms, the project document should govern that project.

2. Services and proposals

Website descriptions and package prices are general information, not a binding offer. Scope, deliverables, timelines, assumptions, revision limits and responsibilities will be confirmed in writing before paid work starts. Harmi Infotech may decline work that is unlawful, misleading, technically unsuitable or inconsistent with a marketplace or advertising policy.

3. Fees, third-party costs and payment

Quoted fees cover only the agreed Harmi Infotech work. Advertising spend, marketplace fees, taxes, premium themes, apps, plugins, domains, hosting, payment-gateway charges, stock photography and other third-party costs are excluded unless a proposal clearly says otherwise.

Payment timing, deposits, recurring charges and late-payment consequences will be stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. Work may be paused when an undisputed payment is overdue.

4. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, timely approvals, suitable access and any licences or permissions required for supplied materials. The client remains responsible for product legality, claims, prices, inventory, fulfilment, taxes, customer service, marketplace compliance and account security.

Clients should use secure access-sharing methods and should not send passwords through the public enquiry form.

5. Marketplaces and third-party services

Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Etsy, Google, Meta, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. Harmi Infotech is not an official partner or representative unless this is separately confirmed in writing.

Third parties control account approval, rankings, policy enforcement, fees, advertising systems, outages and feature changes. Harmi Infotech cannot override those decisions and is not responsible for a third party suspending, restricting or changing a service.

6. Results and warranties

Marketing and eCommerce performance depends on many factors outside any agency’s control, including demand, competition, pricing, products, reviews, stock, fulfilment, budgets and platform changes. Harmi Infotech does not guarantee a particular sales amount, return on ad spend, ranking, approval or delivery date unless a written project agreement expressly gives that guarantee.

Services will be delivered with reasonable care and skill within the agreed scope. Illustrative dashboards and performance figures shown on the website are design examples, not client results or promises.

7. Intellectual property

Each party keeps ownership of material it owned before a project. Ownership or licence terms for custom designs, code, copy, templates, third-party components and editable source files will be stated in the project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, final client-specific deliverables transfer only after all related invoices are paid, while Harmi Infotech retains its pre-existing tools, know-how and reusable components.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party should be liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or loss caused by a third-party platform. Any project-specific liability cap should be stated in the accepted agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Cancellation and ending work

Cancellation, notice periods, refunds, handover and payment for completed or committed work will follow the accepted project agreement. Harmi Infotech may suspend or end work for non-payment, unlawful instructions, abuse, security risk or a serious breach that is not corrected after reasonable notice.

10. Governing law and changes

Unless a project agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India. Any agreed dispute process or court location should be set out in the project agreement. Harmi Infotech may update these website terms when services or legal requirements change; the date at the top shows the current version.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@harmiinfotech.com.

These template terms should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before Harmi Infotech begins taking payments or signing client projects.
